Save the Tiger Campaign
A darting tiger with dark stripes. Being territorial tigers need their space and thus with them also flourish their prey other wildlife and an ecosystem. If these spaces of greenary are destroyed so goes the tiger and other wildlife with the forests. Villagers who eke out a living near the forests do play a positive role in protection of tigers, wildlife and forests if they are taken care of and their needs catered to by the governments providing them a decent sustainable living. The deficit rainfall in our country in 2014 and loss of ground water table is a result of destruction of forests and ecosystems together with overpopulation and concretisation leading to increase in temperature and thus in turn resulting in climatic changes affecting the monsoon and affecting the agriculture. Around 80 percent of our population in rural areas are dependent on a good monsoon for a living and so is our economy. Tigers are the one of the right solution for the problems mentioned above. Message save the tiger. Leave them alone and respect their territory and do not spare poachers and wildlife traders. The current rainfall in 2016 which has been bountiful has been a boon to the ecosystems and will surely help in conserving the tiger territories. There are reports of tiger sightings in new forest reserves in different parts of the country. What it means is that the tiger is searching new territories which is essential for it and is able to find the same which is a good sign. Hope India which is the last reserve and has the largest population of royal Bengal tigers. continues to see a growth in tiger population. The biggest problem for tigers who are poachers have to be effectively targeted and tackled as tiger parts are a big illegal trade market in the whole world. Hope this article helps in helping raising awareness about save the tiger campaign.
