    Make your food be your medicine and your medicine your food .. thats just an health tip for the start of your beautiful week. Remember there’s only four valid value of given taste embedded inside or on the top of your taste buds ,all other taste are just a mix multiple of these four, this is what make your food taste delicious, sweet or sour, salty or bitter if that’s the desired outcome of your recipe.

    Sweet,Salt,Sour and Bitter are the four taste we have on the top of the tongue which distinguish the value of taste in food, identifying,assuring, and reassuring the very difference in taste weither if tasted tasty or faintingly disgusting.

    (Sweet )
    Can be found in many food,fruits,vegetable,etc.
    Most food we eat today are consist of a sweet or salt inside or on menu.
    Please note that too much sweet is not good of an intake in your daily diet, can cause dizziness diabetes and other physical complications.

    ( Salt )
    Salt can be found in most of the food we consume in our daily diet ,can be food in alot of food,fruits,vegetables too and starchy ground food. we should be very careful on how we use it because its, on one hand plays it part in to trigger a little taste on our food and spices and on the other can be harmful if have too much intake , ( could cause sickness,pressure,diabetes
    And other complications.

    ( Sour )
    Sour is one of the taste found on our taste buds and is one of our rear intake in meals or our daily diet, ” a mean of course it is sour were talking about here now ” but as to know it can be found in many citrus fruits and other food etc. Sour food,fruits and vegetables are good food for getting rid of fat and help clean and regenerate.

    ( Bitter )
    This is my last an Im going to try make it real clear on this here on the bitter content. Well as I mentioned above on sour food, taste and it’s consumption, then i guess the same label and gestures is applied on the topic of bitter food and taste ,maybe even more.
    People don’t take bitter as food and is mainly avoided amongst all the food,fruits and veg along the food chain, sweet,salt and sour are the reckoning forces ,but please don’t get me wrong ( bitter ) is king and is mainly used as medicine , medical purposes in the food chain ,because its bitter most people avoid the sense of trying.
    Theres not much food we can find that bitter of a taste in but we do have many herbs and medicine in the form, some fruits can be bitter,some starchy food but it’s mostly in herbs like cerosy ,aloe Vera plant,rice bitter and lots more. People should have more bitter in there diet maybe not like everyday like sweet,salt or sour but on a every now and again basis, I think that people get sick because of not detoxifing, remember too much sweet thickens the blood the sweeter the blood the thicker the flow and this can lead up to something real bad one day.
