@grecy095 I think that’s quite weird, because I always thought we should get about the same opportunities, since both of us are from Southeast Asia countries. I actually do not really remember how much each survey pays too. I just checked it out, the ones I got were usually 22, 30 or 35 market points, but of course I earned many 5 market points because I was screened out. @smee That’s good. Yes, sometimes if we get qualified surveys, we can earn quite a good amount of money. I have heard about YouGov, but haven’t really check it out yet. I thought it’s not for my country, but just now I saw an Asia Pacific site for YouGov, I will check that you. Thanks for sharing!

@ruby3881 Thank you for sharing your thoughts! You are the one who inspired me to want to learn more about blogging and writing more SEO-friendly content. I think it’d benefit all of us to learn to write better content. There are so much for us to learn here, besides making some extra money. 🙂 |

@scheng1 Thank you for sharing about the keyword density and explaining it so well. I always do not understand about the keyword density. Support has already replied to you, and I am sure they really treasure you as a good asset to the site. 🙂 |

@grecy095 Sis, you have your full time job now! That’s tiring and requires lots of efforts, physically and mentally, I believe. Moreover, you need to travel so far, and it’s even more tiring! Don’t stress yourself too hard, you are human, you do need some rest. I understand you need more money now, but without good health, you will be even more suffering. I used to work very hard at my work, but I think I have spoiled my health, that’s definitely not worth it at all. So now, I really think health is more important, and having stress-free life allows me to be healthier too, as previously the stress has already affected my health quite badly. 🙂 I don’t think I will be as active as I am now when I am back to my full time job – full time mother. 😀 Take good care of yourself and love yourself! 🙂 @jentleheart I agree with you. I think while we are working online, a fast and stable Internet connection is good for us. If the Internet connection is too slow, I will feel bored in participating. |

@bestwriter That was really weird and unfair to you as well. Do you still have all your posts there? Perhaps you can re-post them. @jentleheart Yes, I agree with you. So, we do not need to open so many programs too. Let’s wait for the enhancement later. I am sure the team will surprise us with some good features soon! 🙂 |

I was not able to access LiteracyBase for quite a long time too, I am glad to be able to access the site now. It’s been a habit for me to check into LiteracyBase every time I turn on my computer, it’s so strange that I was not able to login this morning. What a weird feeling. 😀 Thanks @support and the technical team for fixing the issue and optimizing the site performance. Hope we’ll have a better site now! 🙂 |

@scheng1 Thank you for sharing this information with us. It’s good to know this, though I don’t think I will ever write such a long article. I think writing short posts is easier for me too, but I always thought long articles are better for SEO now, as I heard that some sites require more than 1000 words now or rate 1000+ word posts higher. I am not too sure about this, perhaps it’s still good to stick to the shorter posts, so the readers will not get too bored? |

@grecy095 Those goals are just minimal, but the most important things is to get the baby stuffs ready! 😀 Thanks. I will go online whenever I am ready. I used to still go online after a few days my first two children were born, because I needed to breastfeed them and carry them around throughout the night, so in order to keep me awake, I went online and read some articles, though I might not be able to write. 😛 @sunil Thanks. I am not thinking about genius, as I am not. 😀 @peachpurple Yes, I will try to be relax. I am 37 years old now, and yes, my doctor requested me to go for IVF screening because my blood test showed high risk for down syndrome baby. I didn’t do the screening, as no matter how, I am going to accept and love the baby anyway. This is also another reason this might be my last baby too. I am too old and high risk to have another baby. 😀 Thanks everyone, I will take care of myself, and hope I will have some time to drop by soon. 🙂 |

@bestwriter I am not sure if your first post in Bubblews with 440 characters is included space or not. Some word count tool gives you the total number of characters with or without space, but I remember reading in Bubblews, the minimum 400 characters is without space. I think it was not stated clearly. But, even if yours was 440 characters with space, it was not really short at all. Hope you have got all the posts with you, so you might be able to re-post them elsewhere. @icybc I stopped using Microsoft Word for getting the word count for my blog posts, as the formatting was off. I didn’t realize it until the post was published, as we do not have the preview function, hence I can’t do anything with the post. I suppose I can choose to have clear formatting in Word, but now I just use an online word count tool. I agree with @bestwriter, it’d be better if we have the word count functionality on the site, so we do not need to open another program. Currently I am using this online word counter: http://www.charactercountonline.com/ |

@morgoodie I understand that. These few days I am really busy cleaning up my home and the baby’s stuffs, and I don’t feel like sitting down and writing any posts. I am fine with reading and responding in forum, but writing a post seems to require more motivations and inspirations! Don’t worry, you will be there very soon. You do not have a “deadline” as I do, so don’t need to rush for it. 😀 @scheng1 Yes, I think you can try that! I know you are very good at writing articles, so 10 short articles should be quite easy for you. 🙂 @grecy095 I think I might not be able to write any posts later too. These few days I am tired in cleaning up, and can’t really get the inspiration to write any posts, though I already have some topics and ideas what to write about. I wonder if I will be able to make $10 in one or two months later, but I don’t think I will set any goal for that too. I might just drop by and read the forum topics. 🙂 |

@swalia Yes, I agree with you. I have heard that in some countries, the educational system is good, and the teachers are very good pay and highly respected too, hence the students there really enjoy themselves studying and working together as a team. Yes, I agree with you that nowadays teachers are not as respected by the society as much as they did in the old days. People might also think those who cannot survive in corporate world only go back to the school and teach, but that can be true for some teachers as well. I guess the experiences and responsibilities from being a teacher and manager are quite different, right? Hope you can cope with both of them, no matter what job you are doing. 🙂 @thinker Yes, I always think that no matter how, we surely learn something from the experience, if we want to. I agree with you to just move forward on your own, if there is no one else. I don’t like to wait too, sometimes walking alone can mean we have more freedom to walk the path we want too. @jentleheart Hope you will be able to find more funds to support your children’s education. If I am not mistaken, some of your children have already grown up, and they can actually support themselves or the younger siblings, right? Perhaps you need not worry so much, as they are old enough to share your burden too. Yes, having good health is important for parents, especially when we need to take care of our kids. |

@lolaze I just think perhaps we are very lucky to have good friends, and have not meet such disrespectful kids when we were young. The same friend I mentioned did something really badly to dogs as well. Even they were told by the adults not to do such things, they still did. When he told me about those incidents, he knew it’s not good, but he thinks it’s fun to do when they were kids. I just don’t understand it at all. He was actually my ex-boss! |
|
@lolaze Thank you for creating such a great group. I think this will be helpful for the members here. I think it’s always nice that we are here to help and support each other, though we might not be able to help physically or provide good advice, at least we are spreading some love and care around the community. I really like LiteracyBase, as it’s not just a site for us to come and earn money, then go, but we are also here to help each other. I am really glad to have met so many nice people here. 🙂 |
|
@lolaze I haven’t write any post yet, perhaps I will write one later too. I am also commenting on myLot now, just want to spend some time with my friends there as well. So did you go to the gym? |
|
I am not sure if the kids nowadays are more disrespectful, or it’s just been the same, it’s just that we didn’t meet those disrespectful kids when we were young. I heard from some of my friends, they were really naughty and going “not right” things when they were young. From what they told me, I am glad they have changed now and became good people, otherwise I do not think I would befriend them. I am not sure about other countries, but in my country, it seems like our elder generations are busy making money to support the family, so the parents might not have much time to take care or guide the children, or some parents might not know how to teach the children too. Some children are good, but some become quite bad, sometimes it also depends on what kind of friends they have. I agree nowadays, some kids are disrespectful, perhaps the parents think it’s fine, because most parents go to work and do not have much time to take care of the children as well, so they just let them be. @lolaze The incident you mentioned to throw the empty soda cans to the street, one of my friends did that when he was young, and he even put firecrackers inside! That’s so dangerous! |
