They will reply promptly.
Up todate, I had received my payments promptly too.
When did you redeem in February ( the date)?
Try to click redeem at the end of the month, don’t redeem in the beginning or middle of the month.

I didn’t post much, now I am still at $4.7, can’t cash out this month.
