    • It does not give good image to that seller and the office where it was done. There should be some ebticla rules and good conduct to follow and abide, That case is not good. In the faculty office, I do not like our co teachers entertaining sales people and presenting their promos and goods or products. The time they usually get in is lunch time and teachers are all tired and hungry and here comes sales people allowed to blah, blah in the office.

There are offices and schools and anywhere doing this act.Let us just go with the music for if we show rebellious actions, we become culprits to them, I better keep my mouth shut and leave the place.

      • Yes, it was in the news before that teachers would sell in their classrooms and the buyers are the children,

But good thing that I think this was already prohibited because some teachers use it as a way of making some buy because they want to please the teacher to get higher grades or in Tagalog make “sipsip” or trying to gain the favor of the teacher.

So, in your school too. Well, you cannot blame the teachers because they just want to make extra money. As long as they are doing the selling during rest hours or breaks then, it’s okay.

    • So sad m our house in the province was destroyed for it was made a shabu laboratory.I posted that in ML many months ago. Our house was also cool with an floor area of 335 square meters, so big 3 storey that was the reason why it was made a shabu lab.The caretaker was sued and now in jailed. We jailed our relative for conspiring with the bad elements.

      • But you can still have it repaired. Or better still sell it and buy a small house that has a garden.

Though maybe the house where you are all staying now is so much better and it is what you can call a “home”.

      ‘Where’s yours?’
She moved to stand beside him. ‘I’m warm.’
He tilted his head to her. ‘If you’re warm and I’m coatless, there’s only one friendly thing for you to do.’
‘Go back and get your coat for you?’
He smiled. Reaching out to her, he pulled her close against him. Katsa wrapped her arms around him, surprised, and tried to rub some warmth into his shivering shoulders and back.
‘That’s it exactly,’ Po said. ‘You must keep me warm.’
She laughed and held him tighter.”

Hello Guys, Can you help me? I have posted a blog but i want to edit it because it has big spaces in between paragraphs but I am at a loss on how I can do it?

    • Send the link of your post so that I can edit it for you! Cheers!

How do members KNOW who does edits and also … if we’ve proven ourselves as faithful and reliable members who post quality content, WHY can’t we edit our own content? I can edit my own content at other sites like this one. It’s a valid question. CC: @Admin ; @Support

Dina wrote a new post, Would You Do An Indignant Resignation If You Were In Her Stead? 7 years, 10 months ago

The indignant resignation done by one of the employees of the Legal Department for all affiliates, was the talk amongst the employees in all the affiliate offices until now.  So this post.

    It actually h […]

    • That is a very ad story of that employee. I cannot blame her, but the best thing for her was to resign before that shameful incident happen, That boss is so inconsiderate. Why not call the attention of that lady after the meeting and asked her abut her problem that made her deaf during the meeting. She should also had reported that untoward behavior of that gay boos.

She was indeed fed up, anyway, God provides us our needs and He knows what is best for us.Congrats friend.

      • You are right. The boss should have talked to that employee in a private manner and corrected her behavior or reprimand her.

Being reprimanded like that is so demeaning. Though, the employee knows that it is what that boss likes – for her to be humiliated as he will always do it to her.

Actually, the boss is threatened because this employee is a law graduate too and is smart and intelligent though she didn’t pass the bar exam because of a problem she encountered with her husband before the examination. She is also who is being relied upon by the owner of the company before he was hired.

Well, everything has a reason when it happens. And this one was for the benefit of the employee, when she resigned right there and then.

    • It’s sad when not only your boss but anyone humiliates you infront of other people. I would rather you call me aside and tell me if you ha e a problem with me, then earn me that i would take but not the other day round.
I don’t like it when bosses in the name of shaping or disciplining someone. As a proffessional you should act in a somber way and avoid trembling with your employees. In this case when the boss realised that the last was not paying attention, he should have just let her be until the meeting was over, then call her in his office and try to find out why she was not paying attention. In offices we have different kinds of people who go through different kinds of issues, so it’s good to approach each person directly. That’s the time am employee can open up and discuss what is bothering them and how they would want things to be done. That way there is understanding between the employer and employee. If they did that she wouldn’t have left the company the way she did. But anyway everyone has their own way of ruling. If she is elsewhere and happy then good for her. Sometimes a piece of mind is better than having a lot of money that only brings you sadness and frustrations.

      • Indeed, it is never nice to reprimand an employee in front of other employees or person. When he did that, the other employees have felt the pain of the employee and the boss was the villain.

Had he really waited to talk to the employee after all have gone out of the office except the employee after the meeting and talked it out with her, it would have benefited both of them – the employee not humiliated and won’t resign and him , not a villain in all the other employees’ eyes.

Sometimes, we should try to curb our anger.

Who would want to be a villain to everyone?
