Amazing question! To me, everyone at the age of 18 and above with ability to marry to be married is free to do so.
Anyone from the age of 18 but also remember that age is not maturity. It all depend on how matured thenindividual is.
The only way to know the perfect time to get married is to be the 2 people considering getting married. Only the people who are deciding to marry will know when the perfect time for them is.
