i come fro a family where we are very loving towards each other and we have the unity that a family needs to have to keep it going. but there is this thing fro relatives or outsiders that really makes me mad or gets me thinking why people do the things they do. for instance you may have a big enough house where you can host visitors, so you decide…[Read more]

@Lola ,The Dentist will not ask, but will just let you open your mouth and check your problematic tooth. This is based on my experienced , before my wisdom tooth was extracted, I was told to take medicine good for 3 days and in the 3rd day I went to the clinic and my wisdom tooth was so easy to pull. I never experienced pain. It just bled , but no pain.

I am closest to my oldest daughter. I enjoy a very good relationship with all my kids but she and I are really kindred spirits. I think I will eventually feel the same way about my youngest daughter too. She is still growing but I do see a lot of myself in her 😀
My middle daughter is rather aloof most of the time – again, a trait I can identify…[Read more]

Strangers and friends may see differently from their point of view.
My relatives and friends said that my son is closer to his daddy but the truth is my son is closer to me instead.
At home, whatever I say or do, my son follows not his daddy.
That is why daddy is furious that his own son isn’t close to him.
Boys should be closer to daddy while…[Read more]

how about what are the side effects of the medications and what you shouldn’t eat or drink.
When you are in pain, should you take pain killers?
Under what condition you have to seek the doctor’s help?
How much it cost?
Any after treatments?

@Lola Unless there are complications I suppose any dentist could do that job for you without any difficulty.

In the next two weeks I’m going to be interviewing two surgeons for when I finally decide to have my wisdom teeth taken out sometime in the future. Right now the first one I’m interviewing has the lead in my head, as she’s a female and I always tend to do better with female doctors. The male doctor though is the best in our city at oral s…[Read more]

Yes, I do. I have a lot of bedtime stories for my kids. If in case, I am running of those stories, I create one and they do enjoy listen to it. Well, kids by nature love to listen to stories even have been retold for several times. They never get tired of listening them. They even are asking to retell them.
There is always a moral lesson for…[Read more]

ah… that is so sweet…
Oh your son still ask you about religion questions?
That is a good way to understand further.
Turning them into stories is a fun way for your son to remember them.
Clever indeed

Bedtime stories were my kids favorite time when they were toddlers and in kindy.
Even at age 9, my son still wanted to hear bedtime stories that are NEW to him, not those regular Little Red Riding Hood, etc.
I do not read bedtime stories from the book, but created bed time stories with my wild imagination.
For example; Little Red Riding…[Read more]

while most medications are expected to be taken after meal, yes there are some cases where it has to be taken before meal or before bedtime.
Anyway, what choice do we have if it is a serious illness?
thanks for your share

yeah you are right if the illness is crucial.
Common sickness should avoid medications but not cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and etc.
Only medications could keep the illness at bay.
Yes, side effects on the organs too

a quack doctor or not, your mommy is clever to use traditional method for any common sickness, isn’t she?
The vicks trick is very common among the ladies.
As for the cough syrup you had mentioned, now that one I had never heard of.
Instead, my mom used to buy a chinese cough syrup made from herbal…[Read more]

yes, with or without medications, it takes 1 week to cure a cold
You are definitely right about it
actually, I also used the tips you had listed out too.
Except for the milk and honey.
Really, does it work ?

good point of view.
Everytime the doctor gives me the medication, I was told by my hubby to look up on the websites what are the medications for and what are the side effects.
Once, my son had eye sore. The doctor gave me ear ache drops instead.
Nope, I didn’t give it to my son because I had checked out…[Read more]

i heard that ginger ale is good to keep the nausea down.
Good thing that your doctor refused to give you anti biotic.
It actually kills all your good and bad antibodies.
Might as well cure yourself with those tips and tricks you had practiced.
