    Congratulations Grace. Well done indeed.

After Persona Paper and Blogjob finished off, I somehow lost all my passion and interest for writing and I am finding it very difficult to back into this habit again.

I do come here often to read what you all are doing and how things are going. Now it seems we have another avenue to earn as well.

I am not that clever as you painted me here as I have my quota of failed sites in my account but being an optimistic person I do not highlight downsides of the sites unless I am sure. Thanks for your kind words 🙂

    • I can prove what you say is true… I am going to write an item about it. We in Jamaica actually tested the racism….

    • When you talk of racism Apartheid comes to mind and this I suppose was confined to South Africa. It does not exist any more but individually people practice it here and there. Why just the colour in every walk of life there is this segregation for different reasons.

    • It is difficult to change the attitude of privileged people who are used to defaming, exploiting and cheating others for personal gain or hatred. Discrimination and racism is prevalent worldwide

    • indeed it is unfair for a nation to treat the color of a person skin different, same goes with religion.
racism is everywhere, not only in the western countries but in asian countries too.
Though I can’t mention country name, I can tell you that the majority of the same religion treated other minority religion with unjustified laws and rules.

If one expects to be apart of growth then they should surround themselves with like minded people. Those who hold the same or similar interests. If one is a visionary then it’s best that “visionaries are apart of […]

    • It is quality and not quantity that is important when it comes to having people around us. If you look at FB accounts there you will find some with countless friends but they are not friend but just a number.

    • he most important aspect of connecting with other businesses is the element of positivity; it is far easier to be dragged down by someone’s discouragement or apathy than it is for you to raise them up to your level, so try to cut off or ignore any negative influences. There are some who try to build things and there are others to try to tear them down: don’t let those telling you something cannot be done stop you from doing it.

Enthusiasm is contagious, and being around other businesses with the same high levels of drive and ambition that you strive towards can only increase your motivation and inspire a little healthy competition; a company doesn’t have to be in the same sector or industry as you to be like-minded, they just need to have a similar attitude. If you’re a start-up business, it’s no bad thing to associate with other start-ups and SME’s, but what are their goals for the future?

Are their aims simply to run a successful local business? If you’re dreaming on a bigger scale than that, don’t be afraid to communicate with companies bigger than yours and receive invaluable advice on how they got to where they are.

Inspiration isn’t just a one way street, either. Eventually, when you are experiencing success and having your ideas heard, you can start to influence others and allow them to discuss their goals, too. Encouraging someone and giving them great advice now could reap plenty of rewards in the future. Building a network of support, for you and others, means you have a source of support and innovation as well as a place to shout about your company’s accomplishments.

Thinker wrote a new post, How to use Q&A platform for blog traffic 8 years, 4 months ago

    Hello Everyone!
We all have a blog and love to have a traffic source. We can not make money if we do not have traffic. There are many ways to make traffic and there is a way used to generate traffic in a rich […]

    • Have been a Quora member for a few years. I do like the site although I don’t spend a lot of time because of other work. Never really thought of it as a means for driving traffic. Now you’ve encouraged me to take a second look. This post is an excellent blogging tip!

    • I took a look at the Quora and it looks very inviting and content rich. I know little about the internet and how to earn with it, so my priority is to get to know as much as I can.
Still, the Quora looks very complicated to me and I am not sure if I can utilize that sort of a website with my skills.

    • I am a member at Quora. Never knew its importance in terms of traffic until I read your blog here.

    • There is a lot of censorship on Quora, difficult to get anything approved

    • Quora is a site I have never heard about before am hearing of it now, sounds like it is a complex site that has a lot of things to consider before you can post anything I guess it also takes time before a post is approved

    • Quora is used for question and answer I have given thousands of answers on Quora and I am popular on Quora due to answering in the best way and with arguments.

It’s easy to build a blog, but hard to build a successful blog with significant traffic. Over the years, we’ve grown the Moz blog to nearly a million visits each month and helped lots of other blogs, too.
I launched a personal blog late last year and was amazed to see how quickly it gained thousands of visits to each post. There’s an art to increasing a blog’s traffic, and given that we seem to have stumbled on some of that knowledge, I felt it compulsory to give back by sharing what we’ve observed.

Once you’ve determined the communities where your soon-to-be-readers gather, you can start participating. Create an account, read what others have written and don’t jump in the conversation until you’ve got a good feel for what’s appropriate and what’s not.

Search engines are a massive opportunity for traffic, yet many bloggers ignore this channel for a variety of reasons that usually have more to do with fear and misunderstanding than true problems.

If you consistently employ a strategy of participation, share great stuff and make a positive, memorable impression on those who see your interactions on these sites,

your followers and fans will grow and your ability to drive traffic back to your blog by sharing content will be tremendous. For many bloggers, social media is the single largest source of traffic, particularly in the early months after launch, when SEO is a less consistent driver.

    Hello Everyone!
Who does not demand a job? Everyone needs money for survival and job is something known to provide social security. Yet, there are some mistakes which can bomb your career chances. Let us see what […]

    • Hopefully I will not fall in any category; I will hate to lose a job over some insignificant thing or a joke.

    • I worked for 23 years in the same place and those were golden years for me. I gave up to start my own landscaped garden designing business.

    • You are definitely right. One time, I worked on a company and people there posts on social media about everything in the company. Can you add this one? “Avoid using social media during working hours because it decreases your work efficiecy.”

    • What you jotted down is true I must say that in all the years that I have worked I have not fallen victim to any of this categories, I have always tried to be friends with everyone around me and to always do right for anyone.

    • I remember being in a hospital and seeing the nurses being busy on Facebook instead of caring for their patients. I saw the same with teachers when I taught as well – being on Facebook instead of teaching their students! The use of social media in our world has gotten out of hand when people can’t stay off it for 8 hours a day and confine it to just their free time.

There are two kinds of needy people that I would like to talk about. the first one are those people who truly need help from others because they cannot afford to get them themselves. then there is the other group […]

    • I avoid the needy people in general; this is not because I suffer from the lack of the human compassion but because I truly can’t help with some specific questions and issues.
The thing is that I have enough of my own life issues and problems, and the of another person who will additionally put the pressure on my energy and good will is just something that I can’t afford.
Sometimes is the best to let others or faith handle this.

    • If only people tapped their own resources life would have been better for those around. There are some who will perpetually seek help even though they have two strong feet to stand on.

    • There are many people who are like that today. They depend to other people always. It’s not bad to seek help from other people but do not abuse them. Most of the time, when you give your helping hand to other people, they will abuse you.

    • Picking wheat from chaff and managing one’s life is what you have so aptly described in your blog. It takes time to do that as good analysis is required before shutting off that which interferes with one’s peace.

    • Madness is nothing but the uncontrolled state of mind in a negative way at home and out of home. There are two types of madness caused by bad situation and madness caused by evil spirit. Both are dangerous for men and women.

The main cause of madness is that madness, in our culture, is defined by visibility. From the popular press to TV soaps and films, the depiction of madness always borders on the extreme: violent outbursts, fits, hallucinations. But what if madness is not exactly what we think it to be? What if it is the rule rather than the exception?

A mental illness, like many chronic illnesses, requires ongoing treatment. Fortunately, much progress has been made in the last two decades in treating mental illnesses. As a result, many mental conditions can be effectively treated with one or a combination of the following therapies:
