Create A Wind Down Routine. How does exercising in the morning contribute to sleeping better? For starters, you need to develop a solid morning routine, which directly effects your evening rituals. Early morning cardio gives you a reason to get out of bed, and keeps you from hitting that snooze button, which will help you to get to bed easier the next night. Aim for 30 mins, whether its a jog on the treadmill, a walk with the dog, or a Jazzercise routine.
If diet and exercise contribute to sleep, so does a quiet mind. Take that cup of herbal tea and sit down with some light reading to relax your mind.

Sleep — this is a much talked about topic nowadays. It is seen that sleep is getting reduced as age increases. When a child is born it sleeps for 20 hours and slowly it is getting reduced year after year. At 60+ normally most of us including myself find it difficult to get immediate sleep. It is also true ailments will not crop up if one gets sufficient sleep. good day

Nothing can be so good both to the body and the mind of any individual than taking out quality time to give the body quality rest.
The human body has inbuilt mechanisms of refreshing itself when it is given the opportunity to do so. Many of the health challenges and sicknesses we witness today can actually be cured if the body is given proper rest but in the absence of this, stress is the result.
