I did not do a lot of handiwork as a child, because I was told I was not artistic, or that anything I did looked bad. I am exploring art in many forms nowadays, though I still am a bit gun-shy about it. I have started to crocheting again. I know how to knit but haven’t like it much. I also love to make jewelry, especially earrings and rosary beads. And I have started to take some creative classes and have taken a liking to mixed media arts.
