I have been diagnosed with severe depression with panic attacks. I am a retired senior and have found that meditation is one way to sooth myself if I get real bad. This time of year is real bad and some people have S.A.D.D. which is no fun. Trying to think positive is a real issue for me. It’s hard when you are depressed to be positive and see a way out of the darkness. And, I try to remember that tomorrow is another day. Just take it a day at a time.
