That is even shorter than those that have suffered 18 years in one of your previous posts.
In my opinion, when it took as long as 18 years before a person is proven innocent, the accuser should be made to pay a penalty for being the cause of him languishing in jail for a crime he didn’t commit.
At least it could be a nice compensation for those waster 18 years in jail.

Fortunate are you, when people insult you and persecute you and speak all kinds of evil against you because you are my followers.-Matthew 5:11
We want to know who Jesus is, but he asks us what our inner dispositions are because we will gain nothing through finding him unless we are disposed to submit ourselves to him.

It’s so nice to read the passions of Jesus Christ for forty days or the quaresma as it is called here in the Philippines.
Today, it is so quiet here in our neighborhood. No music, the people are simply just at home.
In a while , I will be doing a bible reading too and be praying the rosary.
It’s so nice to be able to do these things. It uplifts my feeling.

This is the worst thing that can happen to an individual. To have languished in jail for so many years, then to be proven innocent eventually.
What’s the use of the justice when you have already suffered so much in jail for a crime you didn’t commit. And to think that it is rape. How could that happen to a man, when a simple test of the sperm can detect whether it’s the same as that found in the victim?
