We should always eat nutritious foods in our everyday living, and that is very essential for us to be physically fit and healthy if we want to prolonged our life. Our health depends on what food we take, how we live our life and most importantly how we take care of our own self in terms of lifestyle that we have. I just noticed that most people who are living in rural area and eating green foods naturally without any preservatives has the chance to live their years to the fullest instead of those people living in urban area which is full of pollution coupled with lots of free radicals which can harm our body to deteriorate our immune system unfortunately if our defense is weak and those we called intruder gain access to our body it is the time that we get sick and have some sort of illness which in return can damaged our body completely. So, we must be careful about the kinds of foods we intake. It is much advisable if we could be a vegetarian with proper health care to our body, exercise, and a positive outlook in life to gain our OPTIMAL AND HOLISTIC WELL BEING 😉

@ailema eryan,That bis true, we need to eat foods that fit to our body’s needs. Our body is so demanding and if the request is not granted, it does something malicious that turns to sickness. Let us protect our brain though foods. This time, many prefer to eat or dine n fast foods forgetting about the harm they would face as their age go onward to the next ages, the old age. When you are old, your body system declines and sicknesses may like to invest n some areas of your body.So, if body is weak due to lack of protections from the substances and nutrients from foods like fruits and vegetables we eat, most probably regret will be faced at the end, and it will always be late that way.
However, most of us here have common knowledge as to what to do to protect ourselves, so good luck to us all.May we all have healthy body for we are all busy of our on lne activities. e are not satsfied with one job and this is a chance for us to share our feelings and thoughts,likewise extend help to those who lack the know how about heslth issues that could be solved through foods alone. I’ve read these recommendations at other health sites. Nobody ever mentions conch. My people are from The Bahamas and they insist that conch is brain food. 🙂

I love reading anything to do with the overall health of our bodies. Its enlightening and educative its also life saving in the sense that when you get to read sucj articles they give you knowledge and you get to learn something new about your health that you never knew. I personally take health issues quite serious, i often think if i can avoid going to the hospital because of nutrition then why not, its actually better than taking foods that will harm your body and get you to hospital.i wish there was another alternative to olive oil, because its so expensive. But again you have to make sacrifices in order to get something good right? This is an eye opener and a keeper too. Am sure if you made it a habit in your house hold to have this foods in your daily meals then you are sorted health wise right? Nice article.

th@Nemzie Bayawa, Why not? This time there is peace and other problem in south and it is not safe to travel there this time. When we went there 450 of us from the university where I teach, I was scared to pass a hilly nd forested place along the highway, no lights, Tere were soldiers, but they used very dim flashlight tp avoid the rebels r Abu Sayyaf. The more this time there IS militants already installed in the south and in Bohol, so sad.

There are so many captivating falls in Mindanao. I only shared here some although there are so many of them. It is somewhat laborious for I have to associate with each falls their picture.I hope you like them . I am nature and beauty lover that is why I love to see them even in picture. I only see one falls here ,only aria Cristina falls. This falls s so famous like a celebrity falls hehehe.

Me, too the writer learned what I learned. This is so important info so that each of us should take good care of our body. Our body is so vulnerable and easily be contaminated with harmful diseases f not well protected in terms of eating the right foods and not dong the over stressing of the body.

I always have ginger during lunch and dinner. I feel active when eat this veggie.
