So you mean if we have eaten a fast food, those fruits will not have its healthy benefits to our body.
But these fruits serves as a sweeper of our bodies and helps eliminates those fats and bad effects of fatty foods.
I for one likes eating apple only, for dinner so my tummy will get flatter and I might lose some weight too.
But other than that, I know that the apple is a great anti-oxidant and can prevent cancer too. 🙂

How I wish grapes is indigenous here so we can buy it cheaper.
Though there are some grapes grown here in the Philippines now, most of the very sweet variety comes from abroad.
I love grapes, though I seldom buy it because it is expensive. A kilo cost s about 250 pesos – 300 a kilo or $6.
However, with its healthy benefits I still would buy about only a half kilo for me and my hubby to eat. Whenever our daughter is here, i would buy a kilo because she loves this.
Though, we should not eat too much of it because I think it is so sweet that it can raise our blood sugar. For the diabetics specially my father, he is allowed only 5 grapes.
Useful information of the benefits of consuming grapes. In our country grapes earlier both the seedless and the one with seeds, the white and the black variety were cheap but now they have become very costly. I do not know the reason. Earlier less amount of pesticides were used too. Now fruits have become too costly and people are unable to enjoy their health benefits.
One more reason why this is so is because of the export market has grown exponentially. The first quality goes out while the second quality is sent to the local market. This is a unfortunate thing. Especially in summer having grapes gives one the required water content with minerals and vitamins to the body and it is very good for children and all groups to consume.
