hi all hope your had a great day , just home from work and thought i would drop a line about my Day so i travel an hour and 1 half daily to work and find that its often a great time for me to be alone with my thoughts the drive helps me to be reflective and process any stuff that is possible impacting my life ie emotions feelings and thoughts when doing this i first have to center myself often with a breathing excise that helps me to feel grounded i have been reading some literature around mindfulness and found that grounding in is an awesome way to start the day off ,it allows me to take in my surroundings first and then connected with my Body \ senses followed by my thoughts after a while of doing this i find im ready for my day. its great as i feel more settled and have noticed my interaction with others is a pleasant experience as i don t feel the need to be so reactive when as im feeling uncomfortable first things in the morning , it ussally plays out in the rest of my day where i have a great time and enjoy my interactions with others , then on the way home i reflect over my day and acknowledge what i did well and also acknowledge what i didn’t do well and make a plan to work on it over the next day i love doing this as it helps me to be a better person ……. till tomorrow thanks
