    I have one tip that might help to get rid of stress. I find that when I take an afternoon rest for about 30 minutes in a quiet room usually laying flat on my stomach on a soft mattress, I get up feeling a bit calmer. This is my way of getting rid of stress in the afternoon hours. It works for me. Maybe it will work for you too.
