I need some help on Paypal. My issue is that i have a paypal but its not verified yet , because i have no visa and master card. My question is that can i present my brothers visa card!…..please i need help .
i suggest you open your own local bank account with mastercard then come back to paypal to register and get verified. you cannot use your brothers visa card.
