How should we brush our teeth?
We all know that if we want to keep our teeth, it is necessary to make brushing of our teeth a daily habit. But a lot of people wonder how many times a day do I brush, and they may wonder because there are so many different toothbrushes on the shelves just which one do they buy to have the best toothbrushing sessions and the healthiest teeth. And we may also wonder if we should purchase the toothpaste that we like the taste of best or are there certain ones for which we should look?

The American Dental Association (ADA) suggests the use of an ADA approved toothpaste with fluoride in it. Then we should brush our teeth at least twice a day, though if possible it would be super to brush your teeth after each meal you eat.

The type of toothbrush we should get are the ones that fit our mouth best, and we are sure that it is touching and brushing each tooth in our mouth. Then don’t forget to replace the toothbrush if the brush is worn if the brush is not worn then replace every three to for months.

    • we must make a habit of gargling after any meal. always tell the children do this as food does not stick to the teeth. and not cuase decay to that

      • @neeru Sharma I could never gargle as the water goes down my throat, but I always brush my teeth or rinse my mouth after I eat or drink anything that isn’t water. I try very had to keep good dental hygiene.

    • Good update, thanks i tend to buy not the cheap one because they are waste of time but no the expensive one also as they are just names, I do not want to pay for a name, so I buy the average toothbrushes
