    As to losing weight, I have to control my carbo intake and take a daily morning brisk walking around the community where I live. I did it for several months and I was surprised when I had my weighing. I lost 10 lbs. from my present weight of 70 lbs.

    Right now, I have again gained another 5 lbs. for I have stopped making some rounds every morning due to the nature of my work or I always stay late at night. So I could wake up early in the morning. So what I did is take some brisk walking at night before I eat my supper.
