As I’m casually sitting on the throne that I consider my “mommy break” I question myself wether such a break is considered selfish or unnecessary? Which causes me to reflect on recent times when I have felt very frustrated and upset that my twin toddler daughters constantly cry for things they aren’t allowed, then I realise the role of a mother is not considered a job it is seen as the mothers “responsibility” which brings me back to the present as I take my 5 min “break”. I deserve this 😊
