I think every one has fear of something but fear is not a part of human nature. Eve did not fear eating the fruit of forbidden tree, why? Fear is state of despondency in practical life. A fearful person cannot get progress in life due to hidden fears that is why men must be free of fears on all actions.
For example: if you do wrong thing at the same time you will remind of the fear of God has forbidden doing so is natural. In human soul somewhere sense of right and wrong presents in any corner of soul.
The thieves, the killer, the looters, the decoits, ….have no fear at all doing some wrong deeds. That is why they are successful in their missions. Fear is the nemy of human soul and wisdom.
