Promoting Android App is Not Easy Task

I have one android app and after 3 months of recurring promotion, I only got 10 downloads. And that’s all I can do for now. I wish to get more downloads but most of my methods are just not working so far. I wonder what are some of the things that I can do in order to promote the app. I am not sure if promoting through blog post would always results in downloads. Because I tried blogging on various platforms and so far that’s not working out for me. I have tried social media too and most of my results are skewed. Because sometimes it helps to promote app through social media but people have low attention span and they can quickly uninstall the app too. In this article, I want to explain how I am working harder on the Android app and wish to get this app promoted.

Social Media

I have found that Facebook is not much useful when it comes to the app promotion. Because using the app for promoting products is not much helpful. And Facebook makes you want to use the apps promotion method through their ads. And that’s where you are going to lose money. I have worked with others to promote their site and found that Facebook ads are not that much useful. I wish they were but so far, they don’t add that much value for money. I think this is one reason most of the people avoid using Facebook ads or twitter ads because value for money is the part missing there.

Blogging

This one is very hard because you have to write content that is not spam. And here you have to promote the app mixing the value. So that’s one tough task. And very few people can write better that way. I have found that some people take too much time to properly write content that can convert leads. So the time and the effort being given are two different things. So one should pay attention to that part. You can learn a lot from the blogging. You have to do a lot of things in order for the blogging to work.

So far what I have tried is the personal connections. They are the one making things viral for me. They are taking things ahead with their connections. I know one thing for sure if you can choose persoal some of your downloads will be sticky but not all the time.
