My cat name is OUT. She is an old female spayed cat, should be 13 years old in cat age, human years , she should be approximately 70 years old by now.

Same age as my dad.

Although OUT is not allowed to sleep indoors, OUT is still part of our family.

She knows when someone is feeling sad, she would stay close to that person.

Once, I was feeling sad because had a tiff with my hubby.

I sat by the doorstep and OUT came out of nowhere, sat beside me.

She looked at me with her sleepy eyes.

I talked to her about my feelings.

Yeah, I know that she and me, we can’t understand each other.

After all, she meows, I talk, we are alike “chicken and ducks”, talking different languages.

Slowly, she walked infront of me.

Then, she lay down on my feet.

I feel that she is keeping me warm, telling me that she knows that I am feeling down. Maybe she felt that way too.

If your pet doesn’t stay by your side when you are down, obviously your pet isn’t close to you.

Have you ever experienced such contact with your pet?
