@scheng1 I agree, lack of sleep, longer sleep, late sleeping and not sleeping could be factors to make a person lazy, so they are not able to do something that makes them healthy that leads them to getting fat.

I get easily fat due to lack of physical exercises. However, I also get easily loss weight if I have ample time to do brisk walking.

@grecy, Too much stress adds weight to us,plus keep on sitting on due to on line job adds weight to our body. The best is, you exercise or jog every morning before you start working on line.Also stretch your body while sitting to have proper flow of the blood. Drink plenty of water too. I am maintaining my weight sis since teenager 110 lbs. that is because I exercise very often. I also drink plenty of water when I take plenty of sugary foods to replenish the body sugar. Our body is so delicate and demanding.

@grecy, That is also one factor sis. My nephew is only 27 , but has high creatine and high blood.He does bot work, he is very lazy .he likes to eat junk foods, canned goods, and other bad foods, so here comes now the problem of him.He applied as crew in McDonald  Riyadh,  Saudi and he was hired only to flunk in his medical because he has high blood and high creatine 3.8, the normal is 1.4.

I helped my nephew. I bought him medicine for his high blood pressure and also bought him VIRGIN COCONUT OIL. His creatinen this time is 2.6 after drinking almost 2 bottles of Virgin Coconut Oil. He as told by the management that if his crea reaches even 2.4, he could fly to McDonald Riyadh. This VCO is very effective too for UTI and other body sicknesses. The price of it in our pharmacy is P209.00 pesos so affordable.

@cely Brisk walking will make you look alluring. It could be a long the way in the park. Somebody will have second I am just kidding. I don’t need to go to the gym since I am not aiming to increase my muscle bulk.

I am doing the briskwalking however, I am not consistent with everything I started. I only consistent in one thing and that is praying and reviewing in Humanatic, lol. I think I have lack of exercise so I need to be consistent on that.

Oooh my yes there was a time i really got fat, for my size. i have always been a slim fit. when i was a young baby i used to be chubby but as i grew up i started slimming down and that went on until i went to college, and then started working. So somewhere during my working years i got so comfortable with my job that stress was not part of it. things were moving very well, nothing seemed to be bothering me at the time to make me loose weight. this made me blow up like never before, to the point that my own nephews could not recognize me when they saw me, or if i was bending they would not tell if it was me or not. I had to do something about it so i started on an exercise regime. thought mine was not as bad, at least i didn’t get to the point of being obese. Now am trim and i like it

By the way brisk walking is one way of cutting weight really fast, you burn a lot of fat and calories when you walk. and something funny people don’t take walking  to be a part of an exercise regime. but it is very effective the faster you walk the better for you.

When I was in grade school and high school I am so thin that they usually tease me that I am a walking bone lol. But when I entered college I’ve suffered from too much stress thats why I became fat. One thing more is that I take Iron supplements because Anemia runs in our family. I sleep a lot too especially during afternoon. Maybe those are the reasons why I am like this now. My problem is my belly fat.

No. I am not fat. Doing some job is not related to becoming fat at all. The principle behind this is one should give proper exercise proportionate to the food intake. The exercise chosen must be even to all parts of the body. Leaving some parts means giving  a chance for the accumulation of fat in that area.

@Grecy Garcia  Well, I am not think and not over weighted either. But still I have body slightly on fatty side. I know the reason for it too. It is because of non active life. I have work computer related as I am programmer, so in office time also I just sit in front of computer all the day. I do exercise at evening and bit diet too but hat in the end helps me to maintain my weight only. No reduction at all. Lol.

 Dawnwriter, unfortunately, I am considered to be obese, that is what my doctor says. So yes I am fat. I do have depression and anxiety. I do hate how I look. I do watch what I eat and how much I eat. I do exercise every chance I get.

 Grecy Garcia I have depression, anxiety, insomnia, on birth control (was on the shot), stressed out, migraines and have back pain. Does any of this have an effect on my being obese? Probably all of it does. I also gained weight when I was pregnant and never lost that weight. I am trying my best to better myself so I can be healthy and happy with how I look.

Maybe you keep eating those fries and burgers which can really make us fat in a matter of a few days just eating them always.

I noticed that with me. I easily get fat eating burgers and those fastfoods.

So when I noticed I get fat, specially that I only get fat on my tummy area, which is what I hate most, I go on an apple diet.

At night, i skip dinner. Instead I eat Just an apple and drink lots of water. When I do it everyday for a week, I will notice that my pants would loosen o my waist area, though of course in the butt area. But what is good that it eradicates my big tummy.

Since I am of slim built, after that, i stop. Then, when i grow fat again on that area, I will do it again.

I am fat like 23% of my body is fat because I work online that makes me live a sedentary lifestyle. My sleeping pattern is very irregular and same goes to my period. My eating pattern is not normal too. I don’t drink enough water, I don’t exercise, I don’t walk as much as normal people would. I know why I am fat but I don’t correct my bad habit consistently. I tried to be healthy in a few days to weeks and then go back to my bad habits. Did you experience this kind of thing where you really wanted to change but self-sabotage is too strong that ruins everything that you plan to do?
