Why you should eat better foods!

I used to eat like a pig. My food choice would be when I went to the market to buy 8 or 10 different types of TV dinners, two 24 packs of B&K soda pops,I would also like Honey buns ,little Debbie cakes,and other types of junk. Every time I would get home from work I would throw a TV dinner inside the microwave, and go into my room and turn on the TV and get myself settled down for some shows. After radiating my food and  jamming it down my throat,I would then go out and smoke. Then I would open up the Honey buns, and nutty bars and spurge. I would notice how tired I would get quickly after I would eat ,and I also would wonder why I had hard time to focus on things like conversations with people,or just doing simple task. It was early on that I started to learn about the GMOs in foods ,and the toxic chemicals they put into foods ,plus how preservatives are fake source of nutrients. I was seeing a patter of bad health on both sides of my family, like high blood pressure issues,or others that had to shot insulin. My grandmother used to say to me that you don’t realize what good health you have until it is gone. As I got older I started to put down the smoking,I then slowly would ease off the soda ,and I would get off the dollar menu at McDonald’s. I was starting to get more concerned about my healthy,because I didn’t won’t to be getting put on insulin, or having health issues to where I would lose my energy and strength! So I started learning about eating healthy and how to grow my own garden. As I quit drinking soda ,and left the fast food joints behind,I started to feel so much more focused and I had more energy. Plus I haven’t been to the doctor in over seven years!! I want to in courage people who might read this article to really take a lot at the foods they eat and, and learn about GMOs ,and start making a effort to eat more healthy. Besides those doctor visit add up to cost a lot of money! Please share with me your point of view on this article. I would love to hear some feed back on this .

The dreadful Mondays vs the wonderful weekends!

Its Monday the first day of the week and its back to work. That’s means getting up early to go hop into morning commute bumper to bumper traffic. Then as soon as you get to work you get to clock in and watch the clock laugh at you as you a wait in anticipation for lunch break. Even though you get five to ten minute breaks in between. It still is not enough time. Then you have to rush to eat your lunch to clock back in on time. Then as the 5:00 time frame comes around everyone gets excited to get into there cars to go get into some more bumper to bumper five o’clock rush hour. For most folks I am describing what it is like for people who have a job that they are not happy with. Its only wensday that seems to be the hump day of the week that people feel a little since of ease when it comes. The weekends are the best days of the week because most get paid ,and get to rest ,or spend time doing chores around the house. Its also a bigger pain on weekdays if you have to work them too. Even though you get paid overtime to work weekends, uncle Sam loves to double dip into that as well. The more you make the shady IRS takes! Learning how to find peace within yourself!

Its a hard and challenge full world we live in. We have have many difficult times in our life’s as we take on each day. Its hard sometimes to find peace when we are always busy running around going back n forth from work to home ,and dealing with paying bills or shopping around for more food or clothes. Sometimes its good to stop and take a few minutes or more between our running around and find a part ,or a lake side view near by,and pull off to the side and reflect on your day. In order for me to show love and kindness to others in my life ,rather its my neighbors, or coworkers, and family, then I must be able to have it. Just being about to find that one pit stop during the day for a few minutes, or more is a very good way to learn how to regain your thoughts and refocus on your mind. Its a good habit to get into taking time out each day. When I started taking time out each day to reflect on my day ,or situation, it gave me opportunities to rethink on how to handle problems that I am faced with ,rather it be problems with my job,family, or my neighbors. I learned how to weigh out problems, and to think about how I need to react to them in a positive way .I think some of the biggest problems with our society is the fact that people don’t take those time outs when they are going threw stresses and the tension that life brings on. I have noticed for me when I can learn how to find peace when I take time out to refocus, I handle problems better ,and my reactions to others is more mature and respectful. I hope that who ever reads this article can reply with there opinions and share with me how they find peace ,and if they take time out during the day ,and try to reflect on there day .

Learn how to deal with stress

In our world as we grow from childhood into adulthood, we start to learn more and more about the responsibilities that we have to take on,and we begin to understand how this world really works .As a child we don’t get to have the control to go where we want and do want we want ,but we as kids desire to become older and be able to do as we want .Then when we become that free adult we begin to miss being a kid because it seemed to be more easy knowing that we didn’t have to work so much,or pay bills,or even deal with the major responsibilities that we took on stepping into adulthood. Everyone always seems to enjoy a new born baby ,everyone wants to hold it and watch it .how ever when you become a adult and your childhood innocence leaves you ,then you begin to take on reputations of not being so favoured for your company. I hear so many people say how nice it would be to go back in time knowing what they know as they have gained understanding of this life growing old .I think the reason for our lives seeming to get more hard in stress growing up ,is due to the fact of how our culture and society has been negatively influenced through a multiple source of indoctrinated programs. The first is the government and how they have put to gather fake wars that have been dictated by greedy banks,and there right and left wing divide and conquer strategies. I also see this social break down in the entertainment industry with the sex and violence ,mix with hysteria .I have learned how to better deal with stress knowing where its coming from and how the stress is designed by cultural and institutions that  create a (Order out  of Chaos) environment. Its learning what mind control is and how and what devices are being used to cause mind control ,and then avoiding those devices and removing self away from the center of it .Its also been helpful to learn about meditation and how to get at least one hour to yourself each day to pray or relax the body and (Mind) being able to identify what things in your life are stress triggers. Its important for me to learn about these things that cause stress and why ,so that I can better myself as a individual and be able be a positive influence on others around me,and then I can help them to understand how I deal with stress and or avoid most of it. If we as people could learn how to search ours self in this matter ,it would help our culture and society to be a more loving and caring environment. I hope that who ever comes across this article ,can give me feed back on what they think. Please share with me things you have been able to due to better deal with stress,or how you are able to avoid most of it. If people would really work on their behavior and how they show respect to others then we could be so much more as culture and society. Even though people leave childhood innocence and become adults ,we can seem to be grown up but act like a crybaby, and be a child but show more maturity then grown people!
