Hey guys, for past week or so, i have been feeling quite disinterested in my web developing work. It was something i used to love so much. There is feeling of being directionless, hopelessness and pinch of negativity creeping in. I also feel i’m overeating a bit.

What do you think it is guys, a work burnout or depression.

I think you are burned out. If possible find out how to do meditation on YouTube and do meditation once a a day. Regularly take break from your work. And make sure to spend time with family and friends. Don’t spend all the time working. Because that will affect your life. Take it slow. Just be consistent with work and then let it go. That way you’ll be in much better position in life.

Yes you need to slow down a bit. May be take some leaves, talk to your bosses. Plan a vacation. Meditating or doing some regular activities might also help.
I do read a novel these days, even when tired, before going to bed and that helps me a lot in fighting stress at times.

Don’t worry ,it is natural,it happens with everyone at some point.you need to slow down for a little period and try to do something relaxing like yoga,meditation,go for a walk in evening or morning.these things will surely help you to be content and relaxed.the emotions you have mentioned can be considered as the symptoms of depression ,so if rest and yoga,meditation could not help please get medical help,its reallynecessary for your well being.
