Maintaining a Healthy Body is Your Own Decision

When somebody has been trying to get into shape or wanted to be fit, you have likely heard words, for example, “I only eat in the morning or I will eat once a day to get thinner” or “I do not eat too much because I’m afraid of gaining weight”, however, this is the reason why many individuals are getting bigger or bulged instead. Many individuals everywhere throughout the world still believe they gain weight when they eat three times a day. But lots of studies and researches proved that through exercise and proper diet or eating the right food is the only way to be fit and healthy.

Not eating enough foods or eating foods that are not needed by our body will slow our metabolism, while eating three meals or even more in a day will be better, only if we eat healthy diets.

As we observe the people in our surroundings, there are many who are overweight or obese. Why not live a healthy life with just some simple changes you can do with your diets and eliminate or avoid the chance of having diabetes, cancer, heart diseases and other hazardous diseases?

Do you know that you can still gain weight even if you are eating diets that contain low-fats? If your metabolism is slow, those low- fats will be stored in your body. If that’s the case, a person needs to burn it through exercises.

In order to boost or increase metabolism, one should eat dietary foods like celery, cherries, seaweeds, apples, yogurt, or other veggies and fruits. Drinking green tea is also effective.

An individual can burn fats and even calories through physical activities like recreation, household chores, sports, and other exercises (aerobics or anaerobic).

Always keep in mind that you should avoid eating a bunch of foods that can harm or don’t give nutrients to your body like junk foods, fatty foods, and even street foods.

Often times, some dieters limit the exact measurement of lean weight loss with over exercise for the purpose of developing their muscles. Therefore, if you are one of them, you must ingest diets that are rich in protein like milk, oats, eggs, almonds, and broccoli.

Though our body needs fats but it should be balanced with your body height and weight. Excessive fats give us major problems with our health. So, you must always monitor the ratio of your fat to- muscles.

Always remember that you are in control of making a decision for the benefits of your body. It is how you discipline your way of eating. As they have said, combat with the pleasure those junk foods are giving you to live a healthy lifestyle.

    • All I can say, the best thing to keep fit as a fiddle is to have the combination of doing some exercises and eat a well-balanced diet. It can be done on a regular basis. Some people cannot do this because it takes a lot of time to waste. That's the reason why they indulge to medical interventions to trim down their weight. I should still go to a conventional way.

      • CERTAINLY. PEOPLE WHO ARE LAZY DOING EXERCISE MAY DEPEND ON MEDICATION TO HAVE A FIT BODY.
AS FOR ME, I'D RATHER DO SOME EXERCISE PLUS A PROPER DIET TO BE FIT AND HEALTHY. IN FACT, I DON'T SEE IT AS A WASTE OF TIME BUT I SEE IT AS A GOOD INVESTMENT IN A WAY THAT I DON'T HAVE TO SPEND MONEY GOING TO HOSPITAL. WELL, THAT IS, I BELIEVE THAT I AM HEALTHY AND NO NEED FOR ME TO BE HOSPITALIZE.

ANYWAYS, REGARDING TO YOUR QUERRY, I DON'T MAKE A FULL-TIME INCOME WRITING HERE AT LB. I DO NOT KNOW FOR SOME WRITERS IF THEY MAKE IT AS THEIR FULL-TIME WORK. AS FAR AS I KNOW, ALMOST ALL ARE DOING IT AS A PART TIME. WE DO IT DURING OUR AVAILABLE TIME OR AFTER WORK.

    • Very true... Healthy lifestyle is something which we can adopt only if we have a strong will power to do so. No one can force us into this. It is we and our mind set that can help us.

But it is not adopting it that is essential...what matters is to be consistent in doing so.Only a strong will power can help us achieve it.
